It is very important that you read the following terms and conditions before making any purchase in our store.
Resilient Star reserves the right to terminate the account and service to customers who misuse or attempt to perform an illegal act.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of your purchase, Monday through Friday. Purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package for tracking purposes.
The customer must be responsible for tracking your package using the means provided by the parcel company either via web or telephone.
Delivery times are open from Monday to Friday on business days and there must be someone to receive the package, otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier and arrange delivery.
Delivery time is 4 to 7 business days to addresses in the United States and up to 10 business days in extended areas. For International shipments the approximate delivery time is up to 12 to 20 business days.
Delivery time is not guaranteed as there may be problems beyond resilientstarshop.com that are not in our hands, such as delays in the parcel due to high demand, weather or road accidents, among others.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the delivery of their order and in case of any problem to notify email@example.com immediately. It is also the responsibility of the customer to make sure to put their correct and complete information at the time of ordering, such as customer name, street, exterior and interior number, zip code, neighborhood, telephone and email, resilientstarshop.com is not responsible for all expenses incurred by not placing the correct information.
In the case of international shipments if there are customs charges and / or taxes, these will be borne by the customer and it is your responsibility to submit any documents requested by the authority.
When generating an international order we will send an email to the customer to confirm the shipment, since customs in some countries charge taxes that we cannot calculate at the moment. If no confirmation is received after the first 15 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
For further information we suggest contacting the customs authority of your country or a local office of the corresponding parcel service.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
Any defective item or product that is different from the original order must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Otherwise the exchange will not be possible.
Please note that for any defective or incorrect item it will be necessary to include a photographic proof, in the mail sent to email@example.com, you must add the order number and detail the situation in order to proceed with the restitution of the product.
Resilient Star is not responsible for damages caused by mishandling of the package by the courier (delivery problems, delays, damages are the responsibility of the shipping operator), but we will do our best to protect all items shipped.
In the case of theft or loss of the package by the courier, we will proceed to raise a report in which resilientstarshop.com is committed to follow up with the customer. The times may not be specified as they depend entirely on the parcel.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
There are no returns or exchanges at the moment.
