ARE THERE ANY PHYSICAL RESILIENT STAR STORES?

At the moment we only have an online store.

ARE THE GARMENTS DESIGNED SO THAT THEY CAN BE WORN BY BOTH MEN AND WOMEN?

We have garments designed specifically for women and men, as well as unisex garments.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE WILL FIT ME?

All our products in the resilientstarshop.com store include a "Size Guide" in which detailed ranges of measures for you to select the size that best suits you. Or you can also write to resilientbrandinfo@gmail.com requesting the size guide of the product you want and we will send it to you immediately.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We have two forms of payment which can be through credit or debit card and through PayPal.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE ON THE RESILIENT STAR PLATFORM?

We use one of the most secure platforms that will give you peace of mind in every transaction.

DO I NEED TO CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?

You do not need to have a customer account with us to make your purchase.

DO YOU HAVE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

At the moment we do not handle exchanges or returns.

HOW DO SHIPMENTS WORK?

An order number is created at the time the customer makes a payment. The order is processed by Resilient Star's in-house team. Once the order is approved, it will be shipped by the appropriate parcel carrier.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

You will receive a confirmation via email, and we will include a tracking guide so you will know exactly when to expect your products.

DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION?

No, for the moment we only handle standard shipments.

DO YOU HAVE FREE SHIPPING?

At the moment we do not offer free shipping.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping fees incurred by Resilient Star.
These fees are specific to the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. The shipping and handling cost applied by Resilient Star at the time of purchase does NOT cover any duties, taxes or charges. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs fees or charges will be charged to you. Sometimes your country's customs office will require additional information in order to clear your shipment for delivery.

IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE FOR FREE SHIPPING ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

Yes, we ship free of charge for orders over $150.
